Tim Dolan, All Army Rugby 1987
The Army Rugby community lost a dear old friend, Tim Dolan (Frankfurt RFC) who passed away in late August (heart embolism, they think).

He was at Frankfurt for 4-5 years, captaining them most of those years, then ETS'd, and stayed in Europe & China working.  He was instrumental in hosting several British & German (NATO) rugby events.  He was USFERU Select Side for several years.  Too bad he couldn't lead Frankfurt to victory over Baumholder.  He was also one of the early All Army Rugby players and one of the first stationed in Germany.

Please go to the links to the left to see the actual words by those who knew him best.

To honor Tim and his life, his family has established a scholarship fund.  Its purpose will be to offer an opportunity for deserving graduates of  William Allen High School, Tim's alma mater, to study and live in a foreign country for a period of growth and personal development during or immediately after their college educations.  The name of the fund will be the Timothy C. Dolan Memorial Scholarship Fund.  In lieu of flowers or other offerings, his family
requests that donations be sent to:
